Project Phase 4: Alpha Release
Deliverables & Grading
The alpha release is 10% of your grade and will be graded as a check for completion (just like the A4 & A5 alpha milestones). To get credit, you need to have two concepts fully implemented, with backend RESTful routes, a Vue frontend, and a working deployment.
For the alpha release, we are not expecting any kind of styling or layout (as a guide, styling similar to the starter code is completely fine). Which concepts you choose to implement for the alpha release, and whether it is a novel concept or one you are reusing from previous assignments, is also up to you.
Throughout the final project, you’re free to reuse the A4 and/or A5 starter code, as well as any code that you or your team members have written for the individual assignments.
Remember that we are not offering extensions on project deadlines and no matter what concepts you implement for the alpha, you will have to implement all of your concepts in time for next week’s beta release.
Submission
To turn in the alpha release, submit this Google form once for your whole team by 11:59 pm on Thursday, November 30th. The form will ask you to include links to your working deployment and the Git repo you are deploying from.
