Storyboard
Start to finish process of using the app: patient first sign on (set up preferences, learn about what to expect) → using app day to day (update preferences periodically) → after death (content deletion, Time Capsule, digital shrines).
Messaging: patient has something they would like to express to family members → patient opens app and messages them → patient can set response settings
Support: patient expresses that they want more support through digital mood board or journal→ patient releases journal entry → family member sees the journal entry but can't be at the hospital with patient at the moment but still wants to show their support → family member sends digital token → patient can respond back
